Healthcare is a major part of our business and Medical Locations are one of our key specialities. Our installations are compliant to all relevant current British Standards, ABMs & HTMs. We support various NHS Trusts and associated FM Service providers including Capital Works Projects within Hospitals in the UK and provide essential support services to FM providers including PPM and Life Cycle requirements.

Ensuring Compliance
Supporting electrical compliance, our in-house experts work closely with our external partners providing expertise in the writing of HTM, IHEEM guidance and BSI 7671 regulations, setting the standards and guidance documents for Electrical Installations within Healthcare.
Consultancy Services
We provide consultancy services for clients in terms of electrical compliance in particular PFI schemes throughout the UK and provide enhanced due diligence checks by non-intrusive inspection reports relating to compliance. We can also provide detailed intrusive inspection reports as NICEIC approved contractors.
