Public Sector
RS Earth are an established, experienced electrical contractor as medical location specialists. We have undertaken major and minor projects at hospitals and clinics around the UK and are regularly involved in maintenance work at local hospitals in and around Yorkshire.
Our installations are compliant to all relevant current British Standards, ABMs & HTMs and we have contributed to the electrical regulations governing electrical installations in the Healthcare industry.
Outside of the Healthcare industry, we have carried out large electrical projects in prisons and public spaces such as museums and churches.

Renewable Energy
As the main contractor delivering the Goole Fields II Wind Farm project, RS Earth installed 16 turbines with a capacity to generate 35MW of electricity. With the tallest turbine standing at 126.5m each having a 92m diameter diameter, we have the experience to deliver wind turbine projects both large and small.
As solar power continues to grow in popularity, RS Earth also have the capacity, knowledge and skills to deliver everything from a domestic solar project right through to a full commercial solar farm.
Education
Having undertaken various major projects to provide multi-occupancy student accommodation for both Leeds and Sheffield Universities, RS Earth understand the nuances and the time pressures unique to these projects. Working to a tight schedule and fixed budgets, we have delivered projects up to 1500 suites in recent years.
As well as student accommodation, RS Earth have carried out a number of projects within universities providing additional learning and leisure facilities both in Leeds and Sheffield.
Hotels
As the main contractors for various hotels in Leeds and Manchester including the Malmaison group of hotels, we have design and deliver experience in both new-build and refurbishment projects in the hotel sector.
Our dedicated team of management and electricians ensure each project is managed and delivered meticulously and, importantly within the tight time schedules allowed, especially in refurbishment situations. Through careful management of the project, we ensure projects are also delivered within the agreed budget.
Leisure
RS Earth have delivered several electrical projects in the Leisure industry including complete pub and restaurant refurbishments, museum re-wires and installation of CCTV and player performance cameras at Premiership football clubs around the UK.
We understand that often, in these public spaces, time is money, getting the job done with minimal downtime is vitally important. Our dedicated team of electrical engineers and project managers work closely with the other contractors on site to ensure a perfect delivery of the electrical aspects of each project.
Commercial
We have the scale and experience to deliver large electrical projects in the commercial sector, from warehousing to head office centres for national and international businesses. We have delivered projects ranging from business parks in Sheffield through to warehouses and office facilities in Wakefield and everything in between.
Working closely with the main contractors and other contractors on-site, we ensure that we cause minimal disruption to the project whilst delivering the electrical requirements on time, within budget and with the minimal of fuss.
We also have experience working in the exhibition industry. Setting up and moving the BBC Gardeners World exhibit as it travels around the country and delivering the electrical aspects of large exhibition stands is second nature to us too.
Retail
Whether it is a re-fit of an existing retail premises or the development of a new retail park, RS Earth have the experience to support and deliver the electrical elements of your project.
